  Hydraulic tilting trolley furnace is a kind of energy-saving periodic operation furnace and trolley furnace with super energy-saving structure. The trolley is equipped with anti-impact sealing bricks, automatic brick laying mechanism, automatic sealing trolley, furnace door and integrated track. It can be installed and used without foundation, and can be fixed with base cushion iron or expansion screw on horizontal ground.

  Furnace door device structure

  The furnace door device is composed of the furnace door, the lifting mechanism of the furnace door and the pressing device of the furnace door. The shell of the furnace door is an integral frame structure welded by section steel and metal plate. It is composed of laminated refractory fiber pressing module. It requires good heat preservation performance and light weight. Furnace door lifting device adopts electric device, mainly composed of furnace door frame, furnace door lifting beam, reducer, sprocket, drive shaft, bearing and so on. Furnace door lifting device drives furnace door lifting through positive and negative transmission. Retarder. The lifting reducer of the furnace door is also equipped with a brake device, which can effectively prevent the shift of the furnace door during the lifting process. The door pressure device adopts the domestic advanced spring pressure mounting structure. When the furnace needs to be lifted, the self-weight of the door automatically loosens through the lever, moves horizontally for a certain distance, and then rises. When the door is in place and the door is placed on the pulley of the trolley to be pressed, the spring elasticity moves the door horizontally to the sealed state through the lever. The compression device makes the fibre surface on the furnace door free from friction with the cotton at the furnace mouth. It has the characteristics of good safety performance and long service life.

  Car frame structure

  The car frame is welded with section steel, and its steel character ensures that it will not deform under full load. Internal refractory bricks are used in buildings, and heavy bricks are used for anti-collision and load-bearing components to improve the strength of lining structures. The traveling car adopts a self-propelled structure, and the traveling wheels are driven by sprockets of the reducer on the track. Carriage seal adopts automatic labyrinth structure seal. The car enters the furnace through the inclined surface of the cam and drum, and then rises and seals automatically. When the trolley is opened, the sealing groove drops automatically, and the sealing sand in the sealing groove does not need to be added frequently after filling.

  Car Safety Control

  When the trolley is opened, the elevation and fall of the furnace door are controlled by motor and equipped with electromagnetic brake, which can prevent inertia impact on the furnace body and chain control. That is to say, after the furnace door is slightly opened, the heating element is automatically cut off and the power supply of the trolley is cut off. At the same time, the LEY walking mechanism was restored. When the furnace door is closed in place, the power supply of the trolley walking mechanism is automatically cut off, and the power supply of the heating element is restored at the same time. Turn over hydraulic mechanism: Hydraulic power turn over mechanism is composed of motor, plunger pump, solenoid valve, hydraulic cylinder, etc. The control cabinet is controlled by electric button and equipped with anti-turning device, which is safe and convenient to use.
